대한민국 교육부와 서울시에서 해외입국하는 유학생을 대상으로 안내하는 내용입니다.

2. 학생 건강보호, 입국과정에서의 감염 예방 등을 위해 유학생이 자국 내에서 백신(WHO 승인) 접종을 완료한 후 입국하도록 강력히 권고 드립니다.

3. 한국으로 출발 전 PCR 검사를 반드시 실시해야 합니다.

4. 입국 후 자가격리 의무 및 위반 시 제재 조치가 있습니다. 그리고 자가격리앱을 필수로 설치해야 합니다.

5. 해외입국자 검역·방역조치 주요내용

   1) PCR 음성확인서 제출입국 후 1일차 PCR 검사자가격리격리해제 전 PCR 검사(PCR 진단검사 3)

   2) PCR 음성확인서를 미소지(부적합 포함)한 경우 항공기 탑승 제한

   3) 오미크론 발생·인접국가 대상 방역강화국가, 위험국가, 격리면제 제외국가로 지정(’21.11.28.)

   4) PCR 음성확인서 기준을 출국일 기준 72시간에서 48시간으로 강화(’22.1.20.부터)

   5) 오미크론 변이 대응으로 모든 국가/지역 입국자가 10일간 의무 격리(’21.12.3.~)

   6) 방역교통망 이용 의무화, 대중교통 이용 금지(’22.1.20.부터)

6. 인천공항 유학생 전용 안내 창구 운영

   ㅁ 대한민국 국립국제교육원에서 인천공항(Terminal 1, 2)유학생 전용 안내 창구마련을 통해 방역수칙, 교통수단 등을 다국어로 안내하여 유학생 입국 지원

        (운영기간) ’22.2~9

7. 공항자가격리 거소 간 교통망 안내

   ㅁ 해외입국자 방역교통망 이용 의무화에 따라 유학생들이 공항에서 선별진료소 등 자가격리(검사) 장소로 이동 시 방역교통망(KTX 전용칸, 방역버스, 방역택시 등)을 의무적으로 이용해야 합니다.

8. 서울특별시에서의 유학생 대상 추가 안내 요청 내용

    인천공항(1,2T) ‘서울시국립국제교육원 외국인유학생 안내부스공동운영

       – 추진사항 : 관할 보건소, 검사(이동)방법 등 방역관련 안내 및 응대 (외국어가능 요원배치)

       –     : 1터미널 D게이트 인근 / 2터미널 B 게이트 인근 (2월 집중운영)

       – 운영시간 : 09:00~20:00(~) ※ 집중운영기간 : 06:00~22:00 운영

       – 요청사항 : 입국예정 유학생외국인유학생 안내부스 방문 후 귀가적극 안내

     해외입국 유학생 임시생활시설 이용 안내

       – 해외입국자 자가격리 의무(10)에 따라 임시생활시설 운영(종로, 중구 유휴호텔)

       – 자택 또는 별도 자가격리 공간을 구하지 못한 해외유학생 적극 입소 권고

     유학생방역정보 안내 사이트운영 지원

       – 추진사항 : 유학생 방역정보(방역수칙, 이동수단 등, 5개국어 번역) 안내

2. For the protection of student health and prevention of infection during the immigration process, we strongly recommend that international students enter the country after completing their vaccination (WHO approved).

3. PCR test must be performed before departure to Korea.

4. Self-quarantine duty after entry and sanctions are imposed in case of violation. And the self-quarantine app must be installed.

5. Main contents of quarantine and quarantine measures for overseas entrants
1) Submission of PCR negative confirmation → PCR test on the first day after entry → Self-quarantine → PCR test before release from quarantine (3 PCR diagnostic tests)
2) If you do not have a PCR negative confirmation (including non-conformity), you will be restricted from boarding the aircraft.
3) Designated as a quarantine-strengthened country, a high-risk country, and a country exempted from quarantine for countries where Omicron has occurred (November 28, 2021)
4) Reinforcement of PCR negative confirmation standard from 72 hours to 48 hours based on departure date (from February 20, 2022)
5) Compulsory quarantine for 10 days for all arrivals from countries/regions in response to Omicron mutation

6. Operation of information desk exclusively for international students at Incheon Airport
ㅁ The National Institute for International Education in the Republic of Korea provides information on quarantine rules and transportation in multiple languages ​​at Incheon Airport (Terminals 1 and 2) to support international students entering the country.

7. Information on the transportation network between the airport and self-quarantine
ㅁ Due to the compulsory use of the quarantine transport network for overseas entrants, international students are obliged to use the quarantine transport network (KTX exclusive car, quarantine bus, quarantine taxi, etc.)

8. Request for additional guidance for international students in Seoul
① Joint operation of ‘Seoul Metropolitan City-National Institute of International Education Information Booth for International Students’ at Incheon Airport (1,2T)
